Thank you to all who came to the Cardboard Challenge event this morning! It was so much fun to see all of you creating and inventing. Cardboard Challenge was started by a 9 year old in East LA. Check out Caine's inspirational video. Our own kiddos caught Caine's vision and ran with it! We had some really amazing cardboard arcade games to play at the end of our session. The set up...Let the building begin...And we have a winner...There were so many more amazing games. Come check them out at our Spring Carnival booth on March 25th and try your luck and skill at these amazing cardboard creations!
GATEr families,
You are invited to a fun morning of creating, building, making, and inventing with cardboard. Saturday, Feb 25 from 9-12.
Dear Parents/Legal Guardians,
If your child is currently enrolled in the GT program, please fill out the following short 3-minute survey by the end of January, 2017. We appreciate that your child is enrolled in the Gifted and Talented (GATE) program. The goal of this survey is to gain insights about current state of services and consider your feedback when developing the program at your campus in the future. The results will be used collectively to understand the perceptions of the program from community stakeholders. Please frame your answers to reflect experiences within GATE programming ONLY and not overall campus satisfaction. Responses are anonymous.
